Manual (f.e. Phone Call) Orders

Hi,

 

we want to use osCommerce as Order Proc. System in general. So we need to process also orders which will come in by phone or by snailmail.

 

How is this possible? I talk about creating a new customer dataset (by the admin), adding an order, create an invoice,... without interaction, all by the admin.
