Is it possible to have products at wholesale and retail prices so that some store users who are merchants can order at wholesale prices and regular consumers can pay retail?

 

Also is it possible to "drop ship" orders? ie. send email orders to manufacturer or supplier when orders come in?

Can't speak for drop shipping, but the pricing issue is addressed by SPPC ( seperate pricing per customer) contribution.

Go to contributions under the community tab search for sppc it's in there. You may find a module to handle your drop ship issue as well
