CC Payment Problem

Hello,

 

I own a osCommerce website (crucialbmxshop.com). It is under construction at the moment and i have a problem.

 

i have the Default Credit Card Payment Module installed, It is working but doesn't take enough information from the credit card for me to manually sumbit it into our Retail Premises Chip and Pin Machine.

 

It takes the card owner, Number and Expirey Date. But i need it to also include Start date, issue number and security number.

 

How can i change it to include these extra items??
