Recently, when people try pay for purchased items using PayPal, they get the following error: Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /home/user/public_html/catalog/pear/Services/PayPal/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.php on line 583 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/user/public_html/catalog/pear/Services/PayPal/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.php:583) in /home/user/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 29 I don't know much about this, so I would greatly appreciate any help in fixing this problem!!!
