Zone shipping not allowing a 0 value

My zone tables are working well, but I've just added an emailed gift voucher to my catalogue and want the checkout process to recognise that this needs no postage. I've tried adding a value of 1:0.00 to the zones, thinking that as 0<1 it might accept it, but I'm still getting it defaulting to the next level up and trying to charge people postage.

Is there a trick here I'm just not seeing? I'm using the basic installation and don't really want to try a new version if I can get this to work

Did anyone have any ideas at all on this one? I'm sure I can't be the only person to have asked this but can't spot anything similar in previously asked posts, maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing?

Not sure really. I use a value of .01:0 in my zones table and it seems to work alright. Mind you that is with real items requiring shipping but with no charge.

Hi, if u want to offer free shipping for weight less than 1 oz, u can set it as below:

 

0:0,1:0.55,2:1.00,3:1.20,4:1.50,8:3.00,16:5.00
