Ozguru Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 I have just recieved an email via my shop telling me that they cannot creat an account because it will not recognise Michigans in the drop down for states under USA and there seems to be 2 of them? How can i rectify this problem ? any help would be greatly appreciated Bryen
Jack_mcs Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 You can look at admin->Locations/Taxes->Zones to see if there are two entries there. If there is, just delete one. If not, yoo will have to do it using phpmyadmin. Before you do either of these, be sure to backup your database.
