How can I list my products with retail price and also sale price?

In short:

 

You add an extra field to table products (e.g. sale_price)

 

Then change sql-calls in catalog/products_info.php to fetch this new field along with the others,

 

Finally you insert an extra echo sale_price where needed in products_info.
