Product Attributes - option selection dependant

Is there a way I can make the product attributes/options selection dependant ?

Using my example: I have a site that sells shirts so I have a product attribute for collar size and another for sleeve length. The options available for sleeve length are related to the collar size chosen. e.g If you select a collar size of 14 inch your sleeve options are short (33 inch) regular (34 inch) or long (35 inch), however if you select a collar size of 16 inch your sleeve options are short (34 inch), regular (35 inch) and long (36 inch).

So I only want to show the sleeve options relevant to the collar size already chosen. Any ideas ?

 

I realise I could have each collar size as a seperate product but that would make the product listing very long and unattractive. I could also just have the sleeve options of short, regular and long and refer to the relative sizes of these elsewhere on an information page.
