To do the text for shipping (or others like conditions, privacy, etc.) go to catalog/includes/languages/english (and any other language)/shipping.php and do your text. Simple as that !

I have done that...although, how do I get the text to fit in the right place. Right now it is placed in the wrong place. Check out the link I sent earlier.
