can store layout & size be edited?

I'm trying to embed the store within a frame on my site.

What I'm wondering is if there is a way to restrict the width of the store image to the customer.

and can I play with the layout?

 

The docs are really vague on this.

Yes, it is all changeable. I would think you would need to remove at least the right column if you are displaying it in a frame though, due to size limitations.
