It means dat the Safe mode option is disabled. The providers to that to keep hackers out. If the would enable it, then there would be a port open.

 

i think that you would like to know how you can solve, if i would know i would tell you i am looking for a solution to. But when i install it even when safemode is disabled it still works, just continue your installation. When you have a service provider where safe mode is off then it is really important to chmod your files to the right level.
