My shipping isn't working, at all

Why would my shipping not work at all? I installed the Canada Post module, it was working a few days ago, and now nothing.

 

 

Can anyone help me please?

Ok, I must be missing some lines or something?

 

Is there anywhere that I can re-download this so that it calculates shipping?

Which Canada Post shipping module are you using and what have you done since it was last working in the way of installing contributions?
