I been running my e-business for more than 3 years. One of the issue I have now is support. I cant afford to have 24 hours phone support and email is hard to keep track because multiple person reply email.

I just like to know what do you guys use for all those, I mean email mostly.. hopefully something cheap and reliable.

In another forum, there's a discussion about this right now. Two popular options:

Nobody has done any integration of this into OSC at this time... Having used a variety of commercial variations on this kind of app, it really does help to speed up the reply-cycle.

 

There are a few less-efficient client side apps out there (mostly for windows), but I'm not too familiar with them.
