I cant afford to have 24 hours phone support and email is hard to keep track because multiple person reply email. I just like to know what do you guys use for all those, I mean email mostly.. hopefully something cheap and reliable.

Two popular options: http://perldesk.com/ But, it's in perl. http://phpsupportdesk.com/ But it's $150-250, depending on options. Nobody has done any integration of this into OSC at this time... Having used a variety of commercial variations on this kind of app, it really does help to speed up the reply-cycle. There are a few less-efficient client side apps out there (mostly for windows), but I'm not too familiar with them.
