I do not want them at all i just want for example www.waylo.com.au/affiliate

Without session IDs your cart won't work properly.

That's the bottom line.

 

I think i have seen a contrib that makes them not display in the browser, but i can't seem to find it.

you can ofcourse force cookies but there are no pro's without con's in this life.

Yeah, that was my other thought, but every site that forces cookies annoys the crap out of me, so i wasn't going to suggest that to the OP, and yeah - it is a bad solution.
