Quick SOL question

Hi, hopefully this will be as simple as I imagine to accomplish.

 

I installed a contrib that had an SQL script that inserted a number of values into the configuration table of my database. I'm now removing that contrib and I need to extract those values.

 

Is there a command that I replace "insert into" in the script to remove those values?
