govols Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 It appears that sales tax is not charged for an in-state sale when an out of state shipping address is given. The primary address is in-state, which, supposedly dictates the use of sales tax, but it appears that something is looking at the shipping address, to decide whether or not to charge tax. Any help would be appreciated.
