We offer free shipping to local bussinesses, how can i add in a button for free shipping ??

 

Also again on the payment side we have credit account customers and i need to add a credit account button ??

 

now my last question on table rates if i put in for instance, 1:1.50 that translates ans 1 lb = £1.50 postage how can i change it to grams and Kilos, and how would i represent say 200 grams would it be .2 ??
