Help with paypal

Hi All

So..I've built my site and if I say so myself it does look quite stunning. People will want to buy from it that's for sure, but I've never set up an e-commerce site before. All I want is to set up for PayPal. I've set the module and when I checkout it takes me to the Paypal site, but how does the transaction take place? I'm sure there's loads of posts on here covering this, and I'm just about to start trawling through now but would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. Is there a tutorial available?

Forgot to mention, I have a Paypal Merchant Account too.
