not sending me orders

Does anyone know why no orders are making it to me? I get customers registration info, but no orders.

 

any help would be good.

 

if it matters - this is a new installation of oscommerce.

how do you know you are getting orders then?

Because if you log into the Admin module you see ORDERS PENDING but never get an email

 

Customer gets their email confirmation from the site but ADMIN gets nothing.

 

Im having the same issue right now with a customer, when we set things it all worked when we tested now that everything is entered and live its not.

I was also wondering why the Admin doesn't get an order email. Can someone post a link to a way to make this happen? Thank You all.

Can you give an example of how exactly it needs to be put in the field? Still not working for me.

I am having a problem with the Extra Order EMails.

Customers are receiving e-mails and admin are receiving e-mails, but the e-mail address that is entered under send extra order e-mails is not receiving emails.

 

I have tried the format above with no luck. Based upon a post I saw somewhere, I tried without the name and still no luck. I am trying only one extra e-mail address.

 

Any other suggestions?
