Authorize.net - credit card vs Order

Anyone seen something like this?

Excuse me for being a bit vague -

 

Using authorizenet.php,v 1.48 (only adjustment is)

$tstamp = time() + 90;

 

Approximately 10 to 20 orders a day - most are fine.

But at least two in November, are listed in the order page as valid orders,

but my accountant says billing not appearing on cc transaction log...

(sorry I do not have access to cc transaction data).

 

One of the two had two quick purchases within 10 minutes,

only one cc billing.

 

Reading of http access/error log and GET/POST flow appears normal.

 

(Again, sorry if you have to read between the lines for what this implies).
