What is the next step After Successful Installation?

Hi, I have successfully installed OSC on my server. Now I tested a few orders and it didn't send out the emails to user and store owner. Please anyone can help me.

You may need to rephrase your message. Although you were successful in installing your OSC - and congratulations to you because that in itself is no easy feat - you do need assistance correcting the problem of customer email notification.

 

But that is solvable and I'm sure others will assist you if they know that you are having the problem. From your subject line most people are passing by your current problem.

 

Repost with something like: (1) How do I correct email problem? (2) Customer's not receiving emails!

 

That should garner answers for you.

Send yourself a Contact Us form.

That will halp verify if there is a problem with the sendmail function or something else.
