I have installed Plug'n Pay following the installation instructions provided by Plug'n Pay. The test transaction is successful on their end, however, there is a problem on the shopping cart side. This is what they responded when I contacted Plug'n Pay for help.

 

"I did this and the transaction shows successful on our server, which

indicates that you are integrated properly. However, there was an internal

server error from the shopping cart, which is something you'll have to

investigate from your side or contact the osCommerce community about."

 

I have no idea where to even begin to correct this problem. Can anyone help???

Update on situation: I have Plug'n pay set to the test mode, but I have received orders from 3 people, 2 of them duplicated their orders apparently because they didn't realize it went through the 1st time because my site isn't giving them a success response. The orders are being sent to me via email but are not going through to the admin panel of oscommerce. Can someone please help me straighten this mess out.

I am experiencing the same thing with Plugnpay. I am just about done after 3 days of working on this and I have been told it's something with the shopping cart. That Plugnpay isn't receiving the info. I haven't a clue as to what is wrong. I hope someone knows someting out there. What did you end up doing?

I just installed the PlugnPay Module and it required quit a bit of modification to integrate into my existing store. Most of the modifications were for the Credit Class error module for vouchers.

There is some admin setup required for the module to work with cURL. There is also a debug mode that will create a file on your server that contains the pre-auth and post-auth info for plugnpay that is helpful.

 

Could you be more specific on the error you are seeing.
