Automatically Charging Credit Card

Does oscommerce have a way to automatically charge the customers credit cards? I'm not sure if this is already included or if I need to download something seperatly. It would also be nice if i could have the credit cards wait for approval before charging the card (just to make sure I have to product in inventory). thanks in advance :D
