Product Attributes

With some commercial products, there is the option to have additional attributes that make up the "information" of a product. By this I mean things that are common to a lot of products can be done as lookups into the products database, and used as embedded codes in the product description.

 

To give an example, lets talk about DVDs. You would want on each product description to show details of some common points of information like "Region", "Movie Length", "Studio", "Director", etc. Currently, the production description has to be done manually for each. It would be better that you could have a common cut/paste of the non-unique description fields so that it got all the information to dynamically make the description from the database.
