robertw477 Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 I have a page on my site where customers can request a catalog. I did not design the page it was done for us. How do I edit this page to make it look and work better? http://www.bigapplecard.com/login.php I opened the page in dreamweaver but I cant see anything in design mode. Appreciate any advice. Rob
shooter-boy Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Rob, I can't actually get onto that page because it complains about my cookies (cookies are set to on!). I can see hard coded links all over the place, which is probably why force cookies is turned to On. So sorry, I can't help as I can't get on there.. but I would try and rethink that cookie issue. Generally speaking though, changes are made via the stylesheet.css document for colours. As far as style goes, there are probably tables and things that can be edited in the login.php page, just you won't see the text and images etc. UPDATE: Second time it let me on. You should be able to sort that out in login.php as the style appears to follow the rest of your site. You won't see much of anything in design mode with a php page. It doesn't work like that. I'm sorry, but i cannot offer Free support via PM etc, and osCommerce forums prohibit me from putting any reference to paid support in my signauture. However viewing my profile may provide links to my website or something like that which you may find useful.
dittones Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Robert, Your site doesn't have a login box...or a link to program create_account_b2b.php which generates the create account...you can add a link in the header.php or use the contribution which creates a login box...you can find this if you do a search on login box. dreamweaver won't expand php programs that is why. I hope this helps, Roman
