Catagories/uploading pics for catagories

Hello All,

 

I am new to Oscommerce and need the following help:

 

I have tried numerous times to upload pictures for the catagories page for our website: www.frescoframes.com, it used to work for me with no problems. I have used GIFS,JPEGS and they have worked.

 

then one day, needing to update and add some more product, adding the catagories is not the problem, its when uploading the new pics, its not working anymore. Thing is it only works with one picture, and that one picture is a GIF. Tried other pics, and do not work either.

 

Need help!!!
