They can view the order in their account history though. I'm at my wits' end trying to figure out what the problem is. I thought it might be the pre-populate billing form contrib, but the problem remains even with this disabled. No other mods installed. Help me please! any advice extremely gratefully received!

It turned out that the email was being sent, but it was being flagged up as spam since the name of the company is Dog Dogs! How many hours did I spend on this???!!!!
