Payment modules don't update / images don't upload

Hello,

I'm configuring osCommerce to use paypal as the sole pmt processor. However I'm having a couple of issues that seem to be related:

 

1) when I try to upload images, I get the error: "Warning: No File Uploaded"

 

2) when I update the paypal module, it does not save changes.

In fact, I just realized that none of the payment modules are updating!

 

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but any help is appreciated!

 

Note: I'm able to add products and categories with no problem.

I found a solution to the module problem.
