Discount at Checkout??

Wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to offer a "discount" at checkout. I'm trying to offer a sale (20% off) in my store -- but cannot figure out/find settings to discount the total at the end of a sale.

 

Is this possible? Can someone instruct me how -- please!?
