Manufacturer Dropdown Problem

Hi all, I sure hope you can help, i've been trying to figure this out for days now and getting nowhere fast. On the manufacturers box on the main page of mysite, when selecting a manufacturer nothing happens, the main page just refreshes. I've install Dynamic Sitemap and Ultimate SEO.

 

Do you guys have any ideas, im lost!

Tired replacing the html_output with the original one, incase i change somthing, but it still doesn't work.
