Hello

I haven't used Oscommerce for a few years now and now I have a project where I think Oscommerce would be a better option that Zencart I need a few pointers.

I'm developing a shop that sells fudge and would appreciate some recommendations on what add-ons would make a great site.

Which template system is best ?

Is there a free template I can base my design around that does not look like stock ?

What are the best community made free add-ons that no Internet shop keeper should be without ?

I espescially want

Image Handler - additioal images and auto resizing etc

Purchase Without Account

Froogle Feeder

I also require attribute stock and the option for customers to add a personal message on the product page

Is all this possible ?

I just haven't got the time to wait for Oscommerce version 3 to be released but it does look promising

Many Thanks

I wouldn't use a template for speed reasons but that is up to you. There are free templates but I am not sure where.

Your three contributions are good. One I would recommend is Master Products. If you have a lot attributes it is nice to have.

I am not sure how you would have a personal message on the product page. I heard this request a lot. There needs to be a contribution for customer defined attributes.

Yes, this could be done.

How do I find these programs? Google Search!
