I have created a database through phpadmin and have uploaded all the files to /shop. But as soon as i go to the URL, i get this error: Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. I have Chmod the admin/includes/configure.php and the includes/configure.php to 777. Can anyone help, is this a server issue.
