Payment module stays tests and wont accept cc

Hello,

 

I am trying to setup for the first time and have an authorize.net account for the shop. Installed the module and entered the login id and transaction key. i try to place an order and i get this message:

 

The following errors have occurred.

(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

 

My other problem is that when i click in the OS Commerce control panel to make my CC go into production it still says test. And after i enter my info in the authorize.net module section and save it, the screen refreshes as it should and states the following:

 

Credit Card Test Info:

 

CC#: 4111111111111111

Expiry: Any

 

Enable Authorize.net Module

True

 

Login Username

testing

 

Transaction Key

Test

 

Transaction Mode

Test

 

Transaction Method

Credit Card

 

Customer Notifications

Well I am one step closer. After the I used the fixed mentioned in your thread my account info gets saved. However, when i go to purchase an item and at the last step after i click "place the order" i get this:

 

The following errors have occurred.

(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

 

Any other ideas?

I just fixed this last problem. That was a user error on my part. Thanks so much for the help. You really helped me out of a tough spot.
