That code isn't even part of osCommerce - so you must be using a 'loaded' version of osCommerce and need to seek support for your install on their forums.

My oscommerce was downloaded from this site.

I just installes a few contriutions, but not much.

tep_decode_html_entities() in /home/eq53496/secure/catalog/includes/form_check.js.php

That's the code that's not part of osCommerce - not in any of the file set. It looks like you've improperly installed a Contribution, so you'll need to go back over them and check every change you made.

They are all wrong, ofcourse that's part of OSCommerce duhhhhhhh, It's funny but the solution is so simple... It will take a minute.

Just change "tep_decode_html_entities" by "html_entity_decode" in the file named "form_check.js.php" every time you see it (arround 16 times).

tep_decode_html_entities() is not part of any osc code.

Are you trawling the forum looking for old posts?

I just happened to have the same problem and didn't find an answer in forums... so as I am a PHP programmer I simply tried what I said and solved the problem!!!!

Because I didn't find a solution to it, I just wanted to share it and be nice. :D
