In Product Attributes-How to set a choice as the default?

Hi, I am selling fabric and in this store, I am selling fabric by the yard.

 

The product is one yard of fabric $30

I added a product option "Order Swatch". Values are NO, or Yes -25.00

Now is a customer chooses Yes, and adds to cart, he or she is charged only $5.00 for a swatch.

If the customer wants a yard, he or she hits the back button and adds to cart witih the option set to No.

I added the option No before Yes, but how can I set the default to NO?

 

Or is there an easier way to sell a swatch? I don't want another product for a swatch.

Why not set up attribute options for each product...This can be done on the admin/catalog side...It will allow you to create drop down selection for any option you want...
