zsero Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 I've had a problem with osc not uploading images, just saying "no file written" in the upper left corner. It was really getting on my nerves, and since I couldn't get any usable help on the forum, I backed up all my data and reinstalled the whole shop to a clean database! Result? Still not working!!! Any idea?
♥Vger Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 Make sure that the 'images' folder has file permissions of 755. Also the 'file upload' utility is a part of the pHP installation, so go to your osCommerce admin panel --> Tools --> Server Info and check to make sure that File Upload is allowed. Vger
zsero Posted December 3, 2006 Author Posted December 3, 2006 There is no phpinfo feedback, just the logo. I tryed phpinfo(); but it was a blank page. It is a very ***** ISP, but I cannot do anything I'm doing a favor for one of my friend, who already paid one year for that ISP. zsero Posted December 3, 2006 Author Posted December 3, 2006 It seems, that it's the ISP's fault. Upload is buggy or disabled! I just tried that 1 file php upload script: http://tech.tailoredweb.com/simple-upload-53.php and it replyed: change permission to 777 failed.
