Cookie Problem

First of all very sorry that i didnot knwo where should i post my this question ? but i am posting here

any way guys i am totally new to oscommerce and this is my first day and i am trying it on my local machine

i install it and working fine but as i click on the add cart button its told about the cookies problem while i already enable that one

the actual message is this

i act according to the instructions and also search the net for this topic but no benefit

so please guys help me that how can i get rid of this problem

If you are working locally, then access Admin > Configuration > Sessions and set Force Cookie Usage to false.

i am not sure about this so wait and watch some one will definately help you
