(independent of the BILLET in use) This will go to generate a payment without a corresponding order that it a purchase ghost that will be able to bring it also legal problems for vender without delivering. The right is put the generation of the billet, only after the confirmation of the order. She seems bullshit , but I have a friend with a store that passes the the least one day in the week alone in the telephone to decide this problem. It has that to bind for the manager of the bank of it to know the origin of the deposits and after knowing, league for the origin bank and tries to establish contact with the manager of the account of the person who made the deposit, leaving contact so that the same he binds and he informs what he bought! Lamentable. The principle nor I would imagine that somebody I would make this, but about 5% of the customers of it they commit this error.
