windprod_doc Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 At some time between noon and suppertime on Nov. 30, a client began finding that 3 out of 4 orders would appear as multiples -- anywhere from 2 to 6 identical entries in the "Order" section of Admin -- although the CC company only charges the customer once. This is more annoying for the client than for the customer, but has caused no end of hatred and discontent. Anyone with any similar experiences, ir any suggestions?
