++ need help with orders stored in database +++

I need help from anyone. When I received an order, I can view the all orders made by that customer in the past. Where are all these data stored? I want to be able to view these data in the database. Which entry(s) is it that I need to look at? I can't find it anywhere?

I am attempting to connect oscommerce to an EPOS system. So after downloading the order I need to know which entry(s) to be removed from the database. Also upon checkout, it asks the customer whether the order is for a delivery or a takaway. If it's a delvery order, then it will alert the EPOS system with that information.

Now, when the customer confirm the order, the admin receives that detailed order information - date, time, collection/delivery etc via email. Again, where are all these orders stored. Are they stored in a database - which entry(s)?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

They are stored in the orders table.
