change BG colour of "Shipping box"

Hi folks, how is it possible to change the "Shipping option" bar when you go to checkout in your account. for example we offer flat rate shipping but at the mo when it asks you to confirm order and the shipping fee appears its on a light blue box BG and the text colour is white, so you cant see the shipping price unless you bring your face like 2cm's away from the screen,
