Hi Scott - its mostly just fine - I find the photoshop extraction of the boys pic in the header to be not so good - if you are set on using this image, perhaps a little more work on it....the fact that their images are directly on a very white background is making it worse. How about a little color around their images? if I were doing this site I would put the adobe links below the products, seeing as these are the pics of your products. I find those scrolling product lists on the sides distracting - if you must have them, how about just one? For my taste there is too much text on the home page - yes, it all needs to be said - somewhere, maybe not the index page. I like your color choices. That red logo in the bottom right corner would get on my nerves after a while. And, lastly, a peevish thing perhaps, but your site is about selling natural products - right? references in the footer and links to religious sites may turn off/offend some. I identify myself as a Christian, but still stuff like that puts me off unless that is the stated intention of the site.

There is too much white space in the banner. How about some text next to the logo - something like "Natural soap products" - that immediately tells me what the web site is about, instead of me wondering.

The logo is good, but clicking on it pops up info on your ssl security certificate. I would expect it to take me to the home page.

The first line of you home page reads "Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?" Replace this with a clear headline, a unique selling proposal, larger than the other text, and maybe a different color.

The products info box needs to be first, connect second.

Your click to enlarge popup is well done and the overall color scheme is nice. Good luck.

I wanted to thank you all for the tips... I greatly appreciate it. I've already made most of the adjustments recommended for the site with the exception of the header. I don't know photo editing well and it shows, I just learned how to extract our boy's photos over the last couple of weeks using "The Gimp" and don't know how to make it better - but I'll work on it :D

As far as the logo linking to our security info, it seems to be a browser issue as Firefox does not do that - the header is not linked to anything. I don't know how to link the header image to our homepage when clicked, but I'll try to figure it out as this is a great idea!

As far as the red corner logo, I do go back an forth on it as we live in an time in which identity theft and misdirection and misleading info and scamming is so common I wanted to show our customers without a doubt that our site is authentic and secure. But, on the other hand, I understand the distraction of it.

Thanks again! Really, your suggestions are helpful and appreciated!

Scott
