E-mail Confirmation after order

Hello,

 

I have been looking for a contribution that will improve the look of the e-mail confirmation that is sent once an order is placed. I'd like to improve on the basic text e-mail that is sent. I've not found any, but I may be looking for the wrong type of contribution. Any suggestions on a contribution that will improve the e-mail?
