My Admin Page no Longer Loading - Script Error

After trying to install an image contrib I get this error when I want to log into admin:

I know I had to do something about changing my SQL by PHPadmin... but this may as well be chinese for me. All I've been doing is reading for 4 days. I'm not completely dense when it comes to computers, but this is becoming quite a chore.

 

It's all great when it works, but getting there seems pretty difficult. This is not user friendly, maybe it becomes it eventually when you've read all the data and played with it for a while, but for now, I'm really annoyed.

Your errors always point you in the right direction.

 

First look at the application_top.php and see if something is messed up. Next look at your

 

catalog/admin/index.php on line 13. Then if all else fails upload new application top and new admin index.
