When I create an order that weights more than 50 kg's, I expected the order to error indicating not able to ship greater than 50 kgs. Instead, it continued to process with the rate that is set for 50 kgs. I am using the Australian Shipping Module 1.0 contribution (auspost.php) converted for Canadian zones. Guest Posted October 1, 2002 Share Posted October 1, 2002 I have had approximately the same problem using the same add-on and as a quick fix I have made the next weight range ie in your case 51kgs to be an outrageously high figure. It's not a real solution, but it dissuades customers from placing the order. To be honest, with the shipping rates we are using, by the time they got up to a total combined weight of 50kgs, they wouldn't be ordering the product from us anyway so we aren't really losing any sales.
