Custom products selection on the main page

Can anyone sugest a contribution which allows me to display a couple of (manualy selected ) products at the main page instead of the current default new products listing ?

I've search in the contributions but can't find what i'm looking for.

I'm still searching for a contribution but still can't find any, Star-Product contrib is a module which is close to my wish, but it;s limited to show only one product, please help me to find one to select at least 6 products to show on the frontpage !!

:thumbsup: Also you can try something else, for example just create a personal New Products page and include that in index, you'll need replace the Include code for the old file called products_new.php with the new one. whatever, you can avoid this modification if you'll keep the same file name.

Just a suggestion. Try the 'featured products' contribution found in the add ins section at the top of the page.
