Barbie Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 is everyone off here at osCommerce over the weekend? can someone please assist me with this? Hey! If you are just trying to reimport an original osc sql file to set up your tables, go to Solutions/Downloads in the menu bar above and download the osc file in which you'll have the .sql file. Then go to your database and under SQL look for the .sql file on your computer and upload it. If that is not what you are looking to do please give more information on what file you are looking for and I'll see if I can help.

I think he's talking about dumping (backing up) the database from the old hosting into an sql file that he can then upload to the new database host ? I could be wrong though..... more info drew ??
drew68 Posted December 3, 2006 Author Posted December 3, 2006 well it is the .sql file that i need. the old hosting company(godaddy) doesn't have any of our files left over. i think barbie hit the nail...she's right. i need to grab the .sql file (default settings..??..something like that anyways) and then import it in my myphp admin section of my CP. that's all i was told to do but i can't seem to get the .sql file because it's down. i don't get it..i went to solutions/downloads and none of them are active...i can't unzip them. i don't have problems unzipping but i'm having a problem with these. any suggestions where i can get the .sql file?
