problem for check out

After I add products to cart, then I check out, the next page supposed is the Delivery Information

(checkout_shipping.php), but my next page is to Payment Information(checkout_payment.php). it skips the

Delivery Information. also on the payment information's page, I do not see the shipping fee. Anyone knows the problems are??? following attached is the setting for Order Total Modules.

 

Modules Sort Order Action:

 

Discount Coupons 5

Gift Vouchers (-) 6

Shipping Insurance 7

Price break Discount 2

Low Order Fee

Shipping 4

Sub-Total 1

Tax 3

Total 10

Try disabling your downloads in your admin section by going to your shop admin and clicking on configuration and click on downloads and click on enable downloads and disable it in there

Also make sure your shipping modules are installed and set up correctly in your admin panel you can check these by going to modules and click on shipping

 

I had the same problem as yours and i disabled downloads and it worked fine but check shipping modules to be sure

Thanks for your help, After I set the "enable download" to false from the configuration, it works now.

 

I have 2 web sites, another one does not have the problem when I set the "enable download" to true.
