Guest Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Hi can someone please tell me what line my postal code goes in because i recieve the following at the shipping page when checking out "An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations. Origin postal code must have five digits. If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner."
digipete Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Check under [ Administration / Configuration / Shipping/Packaging ] The second line there is Postal Code, and it's defined as the Postal Code (ZIP) of the Store to be used in shipping quotes.
