PayPal won't show Quantity or Name

What settings do I need to change to get the Product Quantity and Name to pass from my osCommerce shopping cart to the PayPayl "Enter Payment Information" screen? Is the problem in osCommerce, or in PayPal?

 

I do get some orders from very patient customers, but on the screen they see, and the payment email I recieve, the Product Quantity is always 1, even though the price reflects the real quantity, and the Product Name is always the name of my company, not the product.
